Mind Reading Deviceš§
š„WHAT IS MIND READING DEVICE?
The Mind Reading devices take the mental state of a person as an input just similar to the input by a mouse or keyboard. The mind-reading is done by special computer devices that are designed for this purpose. By analyzing a person's facial expression in real-time, the mind-reading device's system infers that person's underlying mental state, such as whether he/she is interested or bored, agreeing or disagreeing, thinking, or confused.

Technologies of Mind Reading
- Futuristic Head: Futuristic head is used to measure the blood and oxygen level around a person's brain spectroscopy. It emits light. In the right and left brain, a chip is installed to transfer data between the brains, also it stores data for a long time.
- Brain Chip: Brain-computer is a processor and a connection of neurocomputer. Also, it has artificial intelligence that contains sensory information and thoughts of a person. It can be used to correct the behavior in the case of Landfall.
Its Applications:
- It can be used in colleges to read student's minds and check if it would be a good fit for their college and course.
- It can be used to predict bankruptcy by the various lone provider.
- Mind reading system can be used to face recognition.
- In court, it can be used to know the truth of the statement of a witness.
- Police officers and military people can use it to know if a culprit or terrorist is going to commit a crime.
Let's consider its advantages:
- It can convert thoughts of paralysis patients into speech.
- It helps us to know about the feelings and mental state of a person.
- It does a great job in the banking sector.
- Employers would be able to know the mindset of the person who is applying whether they will loyal to the company or not.
Its Disadvantages:
- This mind-reading system can break the confidentiality of a person.
- Using it can be dangerous if handled carelessly or with horrible intentions. Terrorists can be used to know the secret information of an enemy country.
- The human brain is super complex so it is never possible to know the complete information with 100% accuracy.
The future position of Mind- reading device
Currently, several experiments are being conducted. Researchers believe in the future can be applied to many disciplines in the real world.

Day by day with the increasing advances in artificial intelligence, there are opportunities to improve society.
Mind the reading device is closer than you think. Right now companies and
government is getting more closer to mind-reading technology. No such a law can prevent the NSA from spying on our brains or from companies
collecting brain data selling the information to third parties. Elon musk the
founder of Tesla has announced just this summer that human trials will move forward
next year for an implantable device that can read a user’s mind; A result of a
brain activity has been released recently by UCSF scientist, backed by
Facebook, that shows it’s possible to use brain-wave technology to decode
speech. Nissan unveiled Brain-to-vehicle technology in 2018, that would allow
vehicles to interpret signals from the driver’s brain and we know that Nielsen
is already using neuroscience to capture nonconscious aspects of consumer decision-making.
There are
both therapeutic and nontherapeutic, of course, the reason why people are
interested in trying to figure out how to decode the brain. Let’s take an example,
Musk’s clinical trial will focus on patients with complete paralysis due to an
upper spinal cord injury. There is a ray of hope that the implanted mechanism
will allow the user to virtually control any device, like a smartphone or an electric vehicle which would be revolutionary for patients with physical limitations,
with only their mind.
But
Neuralink plans of Musk are not entirely altruistic. Elon Musk believes that as
a way to keep up with Artificial Intelligence every human being will eventually
wear his device. For now, a consumer-based EEG device is similar to a fitness
tracker, which is the most likely to impact us in the short-term. It is already
being implemented in places like China and Australia, although it is
noninvasive and relatively inexpensive. Elon Musk is a great personality, you
can feel it by his thoughts.
In April,
it is reported in the South China Morning Post that “government-backed surveillances
projects are deploying brain-reading technology to detect changes in emotional
states in employees on the production line, the military, and at the helm of
high-speed trains.” It is stated in The Sydney Morning Herald, that several Australian
mining companies have adopted a SmartCap, a device that looks likes a baseball
cap but is lined with EEG electrodes on the interior trim, to “reduce the impact
of fatigue on the safety and productivity of their staff.”
We can have
the most likely and most accessible way to have a true brain-machine interface
is via implanted electrodes. They can tell us that with noninvasive technology
if a person is having positive, negative, or neutral emotions, experiencing
anxiety, about to have an epileptic seizure, thinking of a particular shape or a simple word or a simple set of numbers, or is drowsy while driving.
Technological innovations Appear out of reach
because sometimes it seems so far-fetched, resigned to only a theory , with just the faintest glimmer of hope that one day they can become real.
As much we like, we can speculate on future tech.
A
peripheral is developed by Mindball that uses EEG (electroencephalogram) monitor to capture electrical signals from the
brain through sensors in a headband. This is a really a very simple game in this
game the player moves a physical ball across a table using their mind alone. And
on the other side of the table, there is an opponent who seeks to do the same.
This is not just like traditional games of adrenaline and activity, mind ball requires concentration and focus.
“people
think that our bodies have limitations, but just imagine if we had organs that
don not exist, and could control that new body?”
